Returns and Refunds: If the product is faulty or significantly different to that described, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange. We will consider all other refunds or returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible with the details of your purchase and a photo of the product. Any queries or concerns will be prioritised and we will respond to you within 2 business days.

Your order is our priority
Our dispatch team is ready and waiting to dispatch your order directly from our Queensland workshop. We process orders daily and ship the order as soon as the products are ready. We can often dispatch orders in the next mail, and aim to complete all orders within three to five business days of the date of the order (when products need to be made in our Workshop for you, ordered in from a supplier, and/or when laser printing has been selected). If your order cannot be dispatched within this timeframe, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
If you are hoping to have your order (or part of your order) by a certain date, do let us know, and we will do our best to get your order to you by the requested date.
Tracking your order
Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details. You can then track your order via Australia Post’s website or mobile app. You can get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified of any changes to your delivery.
Australian Orders
For Australian orders, for the majority of products we offer Standard Post for a flat rate of $10, or Express Post for a flat rate of $25. There are some exceptions as outlined below.
