Andrew Glenn and his Kent Saddles at Ashburton Downs Station, WA

On Anzac Day this year, Kent Saddlery saddler Daniel met Andrew and Christine Glenn at the Kent Saddlery store in Stanthorpe. Andrew had previously purchased a Kent Saddle and wanted to buy 2 more before the family returned to their cattle station, Ashburton Downs, on the other side of the country.
Lyle and Helen were then able to visit Ashburton Downs on their way through the Pilbara (WA) to see how the saddles were going. It was an enjoyable and interesting visit with generous hospitality, some knowledge gained of Ashburton’s history, and an appreciation for Andrew’s commitment to and passion for breeding, training and using horses for work with the cattle.
