Rosemary and Cedarwood essential oils are safer than chemical based products, as there are no harsh toxins. In addition to repelling a range of insects – such as flies, midges and mosquitoes for up to 4 hours – they are well known as having antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal qualities.
The crème is white, with an aromatic fragrance, in an olive oil base that gives a measure of water resistance, handling sweat really well. It nourishes the skin when applied, being an effective moisturiser as well. When rubbed in it is initially a little tacky but soon becomes transparent, leaving no oily residue. A little bit goes a long way and lasts a long time!
