Kent Saddlery manufacture leather Martingale Rings. The running martingale consists of a strap which is attached to the lower ring on the breastplate yoke before dividing into two pieces. At the end of each of these straps is a small metal ring through which the reins pass, therefore aiding in keeping the horses head down. Martingale rings can be used with any of our breastplates.
